After more than 20 years on projects for companies large and small, I founded VisibleSoft with one rule: we only take on clients we can tell the truth to — before we invoice and after we deliver.
How VisibleSoft was born (and why we stay small)
VisibleSoft was born in 2019 from a twin conviction: most enterprise software projects don't fail for lack of technology, but for lack of honesty about scope. And Spanish SMBs deserve partners who talk to them without marketing-speak, not agencies with quarterly numbers to hit.
That's why we're a small and deliberately generalist studio. Small because every project passes through my hands at some point. Generalist because we don't pretend to be the logistics, retail or construction specialist we're not. We specialize in something more useful: understanding a business problem, picking the right tech, and shipping code that lasts.

Short sprints, continuous delivery
Two-week iterations with demo and feedback at the end of each. No 6-month big-bang releases.

Tests, code review, minimal useful documentation. You can change provider without getting burned.

If an off-the-shelf SaaS solution covers 80% of your need, we will tell you before charging.

The team
We work with a network of technical collaborators selected per project. When a project requires it, we bring in developers, designers or consultants we have collaborated with for years. Proximity and quality control are the priority.
