1.- USER INFORMATION
VisibleSoft S.L. informs Users of this website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data that may be collected through its website by browsing, sending contact forms, queries or subscriptions, contracting services or purchasing products.
Who is the Data Controller?
VisibleSoft S.L. is the Controller of the User's personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Organic Law of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (ES) 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned for the processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that make it possible to carry out commercial communications. How long will we keep your personal data?

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

2.- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact forms, registration, subscription, etc., or presented in download forms, the User expressly and freely and unequivocally accepts that their data is necessary to attend to their request by the Controller, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.
All data requested through the website and marked with (*) are mandatory as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. The remaining fields, although optional, may be necessary to have all the information needed to adequately respond to your query. If not all data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided by the Provider will be fully adjusted to your needs.
The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the Provider is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
3.- SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations, the Controller is complying with all the provisions required for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR and Title II of the LOPDGDD, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The Provider guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.
