How does Power Time handle rotating shifts?

Power Time supports fixed, cyclic rotating, flexible and custom shifts. Employees can swap shifts with each other subject to approval, claim open shifts, and view their roster from the mobile app. The Shift Management module includes coverage analysis to detect gaps and reusable cyclic rotation patterns.

Can I configure different time-off policies per department?

Yes. Power Time supports multiple accrual, expiry and carry-over policies. Each policy is assigned to employees or departments. It supports blackout periods (Christmas, Easter), visual team calendar and multi-level approval flow.

Does it work for remote, on-client or multi-site employees?

Yes. Time tracking works from web and mobile app (iOS and Android), with mode selectable per session: on-site, remote or hybrid. The optional geolocation module adds GPS to the clock-in and multi-site support for field teams. The mobile app includes offline mode with automatic sync.

Can I export to my payroll system?

Yes. We export daily, weekly or monthly reports to Excel and PDF with regular, overtime and supplementary hours per employee. Reports include a verification hash for audit. Direct integrations with payroll systems are on the 2026 roadmap.

Is Power Time compliant with Spanish working-time and GDPR regulations?

Yes. Power Time generates working-time records compliant with Article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute and Royal Decree-Law 8/2019: server-side timestamps (tamper-proof), 4-year retention and audit-ready exports for the Labour Inspectorate. Data hosted in the European Union per GDPR and LOPDGDD 3/2018. GDPR rights are handled by email.
