Data deletion request – Power Time
This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and the personal data associated with the Power Time mobile app, developed by VisibleSoft S.L. Here you will find which data is deleted, which data we must keep due to legal obligations and how to submit your request.
Who manages your data
Power Time is a professional tool that companies use to manage their teams' time tracking, shifts and absences. In this context:
- The employing company that gave you access to Power Time is the data controller.
- VisibleSoft S.L. acts as the data processor: it processes the data following your company's instructions.
For this reason, how you request deletion depends on the type of account you have.
How to request deletion
If you are an administrator or the company account holder
You can request the deletion of the company account and all associated data by emailing info@visiblesoft.com from the email address linked to your account, stating the company name and the subject "Data deletion – Power Time".
If you are an employee
Time-tracking, shift and absence data are part of your company's employment records, and your company is the data controller. To exercise your right to erasure you must address your request to your company (usually the HR department or the person who administers Power Time). If you prefer, you can email us at info@visiblesoft.com and we will forward your request to the responsible company.
What data is deleted
When a deletion request is approved, we erase the personal data associated with the account, including:
- Profile data: first name, surname, email address and, if provided, phone number.
- Access credentials and account settings.
- In-app activity data: clock-in records, work sessions, breaks and Pomodoro technique.
- Absence, time-off and overtime requests.
- Shift and project assignments.
- Clock-in geolocation data, if the company had that module enabled.
- Notifications and user preferences.
What data we must keep and for how long
Spanish law requires us to keep certain records even if deletion is requested:
- Working-time records: Art. 34.9 of the Workers' Statute and RD-ley 8/2019 require the company to keep working-time records for 4 years. During that period, these records cannot be deleted on an individual request.
- Data arising from tax, accounting or invoicing obligations: kept for the periods set out in the applicable regulations.
Once the legal periods have elapsed, this data is securely deleted or anonymised. In the meantime, it is kept with restricted access and solely to comply with those obligations.
Timeframe
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If the request is especially complex, we may extend this period and will inform you accordingly.
