Do you have an office in Barcelona?
No. Our studio is in Madrid and we work remotely with businesses in Barcelona and Catalonia. We travel when the project calls for it, for example for kick-off or go-live.
Do you work in Catalan?
Project documentation and this website are also available in Catalan. Meetings are in Spanish.
How much does it cost to integrate AI into my business?
The diagnosis costs €1,500 and takes 1–2 weeks. A production pilot usually takes 4–6 weeks and costs from €5,500 plus €250–400/month maintenance. The AI receptionist has its own plans from €990 + €149/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Do I have to replace my ERP or CRM?
No. We connect AI to what you already use, with secure remote access to your systems. If your system is old and has no API, we look for another integration route depending on the system; it is part of our modernization services.
How does remote work on an AI project go?
A diagnosis by video call, secure remote access to the systems to be connected, and a demo at the end of each 2-week sprint. You decide when it goes into production.
Who pays for travel?
Travel outside the Madrid region is quoted separately and only happens if the project calls for it and you approve it. Most projects are run entirely remotely.
