Do you come to our offices?
Yes, anywhere in the Madrid region when the project calls for it: the diagnosis, a demo or go-live. Day-to-day work is by video call, with a demo at the end of each 2-week sprint.
Do you only work in Madrid?
No. We work remotely with businesses across Spain; in the Madrid region we can also meet in person.
How much does it cost to integrate AI into my business?
The diagnosis costs €1,500 and takes 1–2 weeks. A production pilot usually takes 4–6 weeks and costs from €5,500 plus €250–400/month maintenance. The AI receptionist has its own plans from €990 + €149/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Do I have to replace my ERP or CRM?
No. We connect AI to what you already use. If your system is old and has no API, we look for another integration route depending on the system; it is part of our modernization services.
Where is the data stored?
It depends on the case and is decided in the diagnosis. For sensitive data we can use providers that host data in the EU or models on your own infrastructure; the locksmith's assistant, for example, started on their own server and now uses Mistral, a European provider. The AI receptionist uses providers with international transfers; we tell you which ones and with what safeguards.
How long does it take?
A pilot is usually in production 4–6 weeks after the diagnosis; cases with complex integrations can take 8–10. The AI receptionist (Essential plan), 2–3 weeks.
